- 2x6 panelized exterior walls (2x8 rake walls)
- 2x4 interior walls
- Engineered trusses or ridge beam & rafters as required
- Window & doors
- Vinyl siding (or other exterior finish option)
- Architectural composite shingles (or other roof finish option)
- Soffits, fascia, house wrap, fasteners, and all other materials required to get the cottage to lock-up
