| Q | Can I make changes to the floorplan of my prefab cottage? |
| A | The NorPine cottage series of prefab kits is a stock program. Floorplans cannot be changed. However, new as of June 1st 2007 we have incorporated new options to our most popular plans including dormer options and extended roof overhangs. |
| Q | Is a pre-fabricated cottage the same as a modular? |
| A | No. Your NorPine cottage comes in pre-built panels. These panels are then erected onsite. |
| Q | Is my NorPine cottage delivered to my site? |
| A | Yes. All cottage prices include 100 km of freight from the Home Depot that it was purchased. If you fall outside the 100 km, the Home Depot will gladly provide you with a price for freight specific to your build location. |
| Q | What is included in my NorPine cottage package? |
| A | Your NorPine prefab kit comes with all the materials that are needed to get you to lock up. For a complete listing of what is included for each cottage package, go to the Prefab Cottage Plans page and each cabin has a separate specification listing. |
